City is Ours is an AU Big Time Rush & Victorious crossover roleplay. CIO takes place a few years after both series' first seasons, making it truly flexible and member-driven. Though there will be events and other fun sitewide plots to delve into, at the moment, there is no main plotline other than what has already been listed.
